The construction of facilities at the Bachatsky coal mine does not stop for a single day. At the enterprise the program of development of the 2nd stage of the enterprise is in full swing.

Post of electrical interlocking

The current interlocking post has run out of possibility to connect additional turnouts and station equipment, which slows down the development of the Tekhnologicheskaya station.

The new post is a modern seismic-resistant two-story building equipped with the CTRL@LOCK 200 microprocessor interlocking system. It will allow to connect new railway tracks, to control turnouts and traffic lights. The work is proceeding according to schedule: now the building frame is being sheathed and the roof is being assembled. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the end of 2022.

Andrey Demidov, Design and Implementation Director, TMH Smart Systems LLC:

– The new interlocking post will be simpler and user-friendly in operation. We will replace the old relay-based traffic control system with a modern one based on industrial logic controllers. The station attendants will manage the movement of trains with the help of modern computer programs. The building itself is designed on a columnar foundation with a metal frame, and the walls are made of three-layer sandwich panels, which have proven themselves well in Western Siberia. The installation of wayside equipment is half completed, the cabinets for the installation of the interlocking system are installed by 80%, the software is fully implemented, final testing is underway.

Railways

For the development of the Tekhnologicheskaya station at the Bachatsky coal mine, the construction of railway tracks is underway. The new tracks will improve the operation of the station: empty wagons will be placed and prepared here for loading at the Bachatskaya-Energy factory. At present, the laying of the rail-sleeper grating is being completed. Next step to straighten the path profile. The track is tentatively scheduled to open in 2022.

В настоящее время заканчивается укладка рельсошпальной решетки. Затем необходимо провести выправку профиля пути. Ориентировочно пути планируется запустить в 2022 году.

Alexey Latypin, Deputy Head of the Department of Railway Transport for the Production of the Bachatsky Mine:

- The tracks of Park "B" are being built to increase the volume of loading, here we plan to ship two million tons of coal per year. Three dead ends will be built, they are being laid now. At dead ends, wagons will be fully prepared for loading: oiling, snow removal and coal loading itself. The wagons will also be loaded here for transfer back to the Tekhnologicheskaya station, where trains will be assembled from them and sent to Bachaty station.
