Ctrl2GO Group and ECM S.p.A. Sign an Agreement on the Use of Computer-Based Interlocking Systems

The Сtrl2GO Group and ECM S.p.A. (part of Progress Rail) have signed an agreement for the use of computer-based interlocking technology in solutions for smart control systems of the Ctrl2GO Group around the world. The document was signed by ECM S.p.A. CEO Paolo Covoni and the head of the Crl2GO division in Europe Peter Cedervall.

Under the agreement, ECM S.p.A. will supply equipment and software, while Ctrl2GO will adapt the systems according to the customer’s requirements and implement them.

“We are glad to start a long-term partnership with ECM S.p.A,” said Peter Cedervall. “We are sure that we will be able to optimize cargo and passenger flows and improve the asset profitability of our customers following our efficient work together. The unique set of skills in automation, machine learning, and system integration coupled with the standardized and certified products of our partners will secure a special place in the market.”

Part of the Ctrl2Go Group, LocoTech-Signal will handle the sale and implementation of modern signaling systems.
