The system is designed to collect and transmit data on the technical condition of the rolling
stock in order to predict the failure of critical components.
Its application will improve the reliability of equipment, reduce the number of failures and
unscheduled repairs, and also, in the future, switch to condition-based maintenance of
locomotives.

Brief description
The unique diagnostic system provides continuous monitoring and control of the technical condition of the critical components of the locomotive, in particular: the technical condition of bearings, gears, axle boxes, traction motors.
Special control algorithms analyze the technical condition and promptly inform the driver about emerging critical malfunctions, as well as transmit data to various maintenance and repair services.
